1. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM A FREE RETURN FERRY TICKET IN SEPTEMBER 2020?

In September 2020 you can benefit from a free return ferry ticket by staying at one of the accommodation facilities participating in the special offer for a minimum of 7 overnight stays with an arrival date between 1 September 2020 and 30 September 2020. FERRY FREE special offer is valid for all reservations made after June 15. Be sure to keep your ferry ticket and hand it over to the service provider on arrival at the accommodation facility. The offer is valid for arrivals at Valbiska – Merag and Porozina – Brestova ferry ports.

2. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE FERRY FREE OFFER?

The purpose of this offer is to cover the cost of the return ferry ticket for visitors who are staying at one of the accommodation facilities participating in the offer for a minimum of 7 overnight stays with an arrival date in September. The accommodation provider participating in the special offer shall charge the guest the price of the stay minus the cost of the ferry ticket. 3. DOES THE FERRY FREE OFFER APPLY TO BOOKINGS MADE FOR THE PERIOD FROM 30 SEPTEMBER TO, FOR EXAMPLE, 8 OCTOBER?

Yes, the Ferry Free offer is valid for arrivals in September 2020 for a minimum of 7 overnight stays. FERRY FREE special offer is valid for all reservations made after June 15.

4. DOES THE FERRY FREE OFFER APPLY TO BOOKINGS MADE FOR THE PERIOD FROM, FOR EXAMPLE, 31 AUGUST TO 10 SEPTEMBER 2020?

No, the Ferry Free offer is only valid for arrival dates between 1 September 2020 and 30 September 2020.

5. IF I ARRIVE ON THE ISLAND WITH MY OWN CAR WITH AN ATTACHED TRAILER, CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM THE OFFER IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASED TICKET?

The offer only applies to the primary vehicle and its passengers (car, bus, campervan, motorcycle, moped, tricycle, quadricycle, bicycle, and other) and not to the attached vehicles (trailers, attached campervans, and other). The offer does not apply to heavy goods vehicles.

6. WHAT IF I TAKE THE FERRY FROM ZADAR, CATAMARAN FROM RIJEKA OR ARRIVE IN SOME OTHER WAY?

The FERRY FREE offer is only valid for arrivals at Valbiska – Merag and Porozina – Brestova ferry ports.

7. WHICH ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE FERRY FREE OFFER?

8. WHAT IF I LOST MY TICKET?

Refund of ferry tickets is granted only upon presentation of the ferry ticket in accordance with the specified conditions.

9. DOES THE FERRY FREE OFFER APPLY TO FACILITIES LOCATED IN, FOR EXAMPLE, MIHOLAŠĆICA?

The Ferry Free offer is valid for facilities located in the area of the Town of Mali Lošinj, which includes the following: Belej, Ćunski, Ilovik, Male Srakane, Mali Lošinj, Nerezine, Osor, Punta Križa, Susak, Sveti Jakov, Unije, Ustrine, Vele Srakane and Veli Lošinj.

10. WHAT IF I STAY THREE NIGHTS IN ONE ACCOMMODATION AND FOUR NIGHTS IN ANOTHER?

FERRY FREE special offer is valid for all persons who stay on the island for a minimum of seven nights in one accommodation facility, with arrival from 1 to 30 September 2020.

11. DO I STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO A DICOUNT IF I PURCHASED A ONE-WAY TICKET?

If you have not purchased a return ticket up front, the ticket price will be doubled and the discount will then be applied to that price.
