The candle holder is inspired by the sculpture located in Čikat Bay, which symbolises a greeting to seafarers. The souvenir was created as a keepsake and a reminder of Lošinj.
It is crafted using the glass fusion technique, in shades of blue. The upper part of the candle holder measures 9x9 cm, while stability is provided by an 8x9 cm base.
Price: 15 €
Natalia Lakner is the conceptual creator of the candle holder and the designer of many other glass creations. Her journey into the world of artistic glass shaping began nine years ago. What was at the very beginning just a hobby and an exploration of this material's possibilities grew into a professional story in 2021 with the establishment of her own company. Every piece reflects a long-standing dedication to detail and a passion for transforming glass into functional art.

The candle holder is handmade using the glass fusion technique. The base consists of precisely cut float glass onto which a special glass powder is applied, in a combination of aquamarine and cobalt blue colours. The product is then exposed to high temperatures of 830°C in a glass fusion kiln, where the materials fuse together, followed by controlled cooling and the final crafting of the stable base.
