Each week features a unique culinary experience – from mulled wine and Advent bites, to traditional creamy cod (bakalar), and all the way to juicy porchetta sliced right before your eyes.

13 December – GASTRO EVENT WITH A GUEST WINEMAKER, from 10 AM
Preparation and presentation of mulled wine and festive dishes.
20 December – Traditional Creamy Cod (Bakalar na bijelo), from 10 AM
Preparation and serving of creamy cod prepared in a traditional way, cooked in a large pan.
27 December – Porchetta, from 10 AM
Large cuts of porchetta sliced in front of guests; sandwiches assembled with chosen toppings and sauces.
