Join us for the second Lošinj asparagus festival organized by the Gušt Association, with the support of the Mali Lošinj Tourist Board and the City of Mali Lošinj.
Alongside the festival, a giant frittata made from 2,026 eggs and 20 kg of wild asparagus will be prepared, ready around 11 AM.
The spirit of the event is not strict competition, but fun and socializing.
This spring frittata or a risotto made with local wild asparagus pairs perfectly with Sauvignon Valenta (Istria – Kaldir), with wine tasting provided by Drago Distribucija.
