The seasonal exhibition by artist katapehar features paintings depicting scenes from our island, reflecting the artist's love for this wonderful place.
The exhibition also includes numerous animal motifs, primarily from the bird kingdom and the underwater world, as well as other themes: Mediterranean landscapes, dreamy fantasy worlds, and abstract plays of color in various techniques and styles.
The stimulating color combinations touch the viewer's soul with their energy and convey a message of peace, serenity, and joy. From the small moments of individual happiness, more joy and peace are brought into the world.
The exhibition's opening event will take place on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in the gallery courtyard. The newly completed large-scale mural can also be viewed there.
The Croatian violinist Antonio Palanović will provide musical accompaniment.
The Zagreb-trained musician has performed with the Zagreb Philharmonic, the Rijeka National Theatre, and the MDR Symphony Orchestra, among others. He is currently concertmaster of the Sinfonia Leipzig and combines classical virtuosity with stylistic openness.
