Many locals and visitors alike take part with enthusiasm in the wide variety of sports and entertainment events held each summer as part of the traditional Nerezine Summer Games.
The Nerezine Summer Games are organized by the Nerezine Local Committee, the Škarpina Sports Club, the Sveti Frane Association, and the Our Children of Nerezine Society, under the patronage of the City of Mali Lošinj and the Mali Lošinj Tourist Board.
