Nerezinac lugger - Sailing Interpretation Centre

Visit the interpretive centre and explore the maritime heritage of the island of Lošinj aboard the cargo sailing ship Nerezinac moored in front of the Apoxyomenos Museum in Mali Lošinj.

Restored to represent the 19th-century Lošinj loger, the ship tells the story of the island's rich maritime tradition in a modern and interactive way. The exhibition includes three sections: on the waterfront, on deck and below deck, and offers insights on the life of its crew, food, cargo, maritime routes and shipbuilding.

The Nerezinac also participates in traditional boat regattas and is on the list of protected cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia.
